Sardine Dolmades With Pistachio & Dill
These Cornish sardine fillets are lovingly stuffed with a mix of pistachio, lemon and dill. We wrap them in vine leaves, and preserve them in extra virgin olive oil.
Enjoy with tzatziki, fried potatoes and a simple leaf salad.
