Delivery Information

Sea Sisters currently only deliver to the United Kingdom. For overseas enquiries please email charlotte@seasisters.co.uk 

When will I receive my Conservas?

Sea Sisters is a craft cannery producing small batches of British Conservas.

Orders received by midday Friday 20th December will be despatched via DHL for delivery in time for Christmas.

How will my order be presented?

Your Conservas will be sent in a Sea Sisters box or package with Sea Sisters branding, and posted using a courier or Royal Mail.

Refund Policy

Sea Sisters are committed to providing our customers with high quality British Conservas. We understand, on rare occasions, circumstances may arise that warrant a refund. Please review our refund policy.

Refund Policy

Sea Sisters do not generally offer refunds or exchanges on our products, but if you have a query or request for refund please contact charlotte@seasisters.co.uk.

Exclusions from Refund

Sea Sisters do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with the taste or flavour, or if the products are not to your personal liking.

We cannot provide a refund if any damages are caused by incomplete or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

Submitting a Refund Request

To be eligible for a refund customers must contact charlotte@seasisters.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

We ask you provide clear photographic evidence of any damage or spoilage to support the refund request.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund via your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been despatched.

Please review your order carefully before finalising the purchase. Confirm quantities, products, and delivery details to prevent any discrepancies.

Sea Sisters are committed to providing our customers with high-quality British Conservas. We understand that, on rare occasions, circumstances may arise that warrant a return. If this is the case you must contact charlotte@seasisters.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

Subscriptions Ts&Cs

By purchasing one of our subscriptions you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Subscription Plans

We offer two options to subscribe to our British Conservas:

- Monthly Subscriptions: Get a single product delivered every month. Choose a subscription duration of 3, 6, or 12 months, with payments made monthly.

- Prepaid Boxes: Select a curated box of 4 or 6 products (including mystery Conservas). You can either make a one-time box purchase, or subscribe for 3, 6, or 12 months. These require full payment upfront.

Allergens & Product Information

Our Conservas may contain allergens such as fish, molluscs and milk. Please check the product descriptions, and nutritional information carefully before buying.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed on our website, and are subject to change. 

For monthly subscriptions, payments are processed on or around the same date each month. The date will appear on your order confirmation email.

Prepaid box orders require full payment upfront.

Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the recipient’s location.

Shipping costs will be clearly stated at checkout.

Cancellation & Refunds

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime by providing 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is in progress, or the order has been despatched.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
