A Sea Sisters twist on the Portuguese dish, Bacalhau. A sustainable alternative to Cod, our White Ling fish is salted, flaked and preserved into a fragrant garlic infused olive oil.
This versatile product can be served on crackers with a squeeze of lemon, in a tomato salad or worked into a white risotto for a delicious meal.
All our Conservas are hand made in small batches & lovingly packed in Dorset.
